1/2 Day General Mediation

Half-Day Mediation

This is a four-hour mediation session, ideal for less complex disputes where the parties are close to an agreement or want to make a significant step toward one. Before the session, the mediator will meet with each party to understand the core issues and prepare for a productive discussion. During the mediation, the mediator will work to keep the conversation focused and productive. The goal is to reach a signed, binding settlement agreement.
